The Syron range of tyres is probably Europe's best kept secret. Designed and engineered in Germany, and manufactured in Korea under strict supervision of the Syron engineers – the Syron range is considered to be of 'major brand quality' and performance but due to its lack of recognition in Ireland and UK is priced in the middle tier category.
Syron has been in the market since 2005 and is currently sold in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Romania, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, France and Greece.

Syron invested significantly to have their tyres tested over a three day period at the Mercedes Benz track in Papenberg Germany. Mercedes test drivers tested the tyres against the likes of Hankook and Pirelli and they were given the thumbs up by the test drivers. Obviously that was only the opinion of the test drivers. The tyres are currently being tested by ADAC and the results will be published early next year. In terms of the brand , Syron is advertised widely in German TV, in all tuning magazines and as well as having a presence at all the major trade shows. This is a serious brand in the premium end of the UHP market. Armagh Tyres are pitting them against the likes of Kumho, Hankook and Pirelli.
Armagh Tyre Distributors is currently distributing the Race 1 range in sizes : 205/55/R16 to 275/30/R19 and has plans to introduce further patterns including the N3000 and Everest 1 in the near future.
